Have you ever had a great business idea only to have found out that someone else took the idea?
The lesson here is that every good idea that you have is only a few moments away from competition. Depending on how you research new trends and new ideas, your ability to act quickly is going to come down to the system that you’ve built within your business.
In the online world, we’re now dealing with a worldwide community. We know that there are over 2.1 Billion online users on Facebook and Instagram. A lot of these people are occupying the same space that you are and they’re trying to sell something to make money. You can’t afford to delay when you have a great idea because someone is not far behind you.
My recommendation is that you build a system. Your system is going to determine how you do your research, how you find new trends, how you turn those trends into new content and products, and how quickly you can get content created or published and posted on your site to start selling.
How quickly can you create ads?
How quickly can you get this new content indexed by search engines?
If you have a network of sites that you send announcements to, there are ways of moving quickly and it’s in your best interest to create that system for your company.
Everybody’s company is a little bit different and everybody has different strengths and weaknesses online. But as we’ve learned in business, we fall down to our systems. And so what you have in place is what you’re going to end up relying on when things get difficult.
When you have a good day or a bad day, it’s all going to come down to what system you’ve built and how can you follow the steps or checklist or whatever you’ve created in order to move quickly when you get that idea. And this is one of those things that separates the successful people from people who are never able to get ahead.

But the concept of building a system that outlines the steps that you have to take when you come up with the ideas or that new product is important, but also consider how you protect your information.
